We stayed here three nights and it surpassed our expectations. Check in was smooth and easy. The furnishings and interior design were standout features. Our room was so comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had plenty of space for two people to move around, as did the bedroom which fit a couch in front of the bed. We couldn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms, and the blinds were completely blackout. Although we didn't use them, the room comes with tea and coffee facilities and large glass water bottles. The hotel is located in the Jewish quarter, meaning there were bars and restaurants all over the place. It felt very safe and easy to get around. The nearest station is 350m (the beautiful M1 line), and the walk to the Danube is less than 15 minutes. We can't wait to stay again.

We booked this through Agoda who made no mention of city tax which is payable at the hotel. Beautifully crafted and thought out rooms as they are small but offer all the comforts needed including mini bar with complementary treats. We didn't have breakfast included however bar and restaurant looked inviting. Sadly on check out we were advised a lunch was charged to our room which we did not have and this took precious time to resolve as they doubted our honesty and went to investigate with restaurant staff, leaving an ill feeling.

The staff were great. The hotel location was great, as was the hotel. What really made such a difference was the little touches, like leaving chocolates in the room on arrival, and having some snacks in the reception area. Loved it!

SPA opens at 12; Jacuzzi not working; limited capacity (4 or 5 families) for terrace Movie.
Breakfast was not a buffet, so spend more time and check out :-) Nothing else to do. Staff were overconfident because of the hotel rating, and everything looked artificially trained.
