Great localtion but limited facilities

They have to try better. There was no soap/shampoo in the shower and this only realised while taking it, not good experience. Paid locker, for small one you have to buy lock. These are small things but add up. Pod was ok, but pls make few hangers inside, it will make it much better. More cleaning needed continiously. Someone was snoring loud and someone caughing all night but that is not their fault ... ;)

I stayed for 1 night in this dormitory hotel. The pot I was allocated appeared dirty whereby I could visibly see lots of hairs and a brown skid mark line on the bedding sheet. It made me quite upset and was contemplating whether I should seek a refund for poor service as I took pictures of it what I found and could have challenged the manager. However, the receptionist was very understanding and genuinely offered her apology and said she believed me, then offered me another pot after inspection and established it was clean. Eventually, I decided to give it a go and to be honest, it did not really live up to my own expectation, although the place was very quiet I do admit, but I was unable to sleep as the mattress I slept on was particularly not comfortable and the pot was too narrow leaving me barely with any space me being a big guy even though I thought the space inside the pot looked much bigger on the advert than it actually appears. So, if you're a person that cherish privacy and space like me, then this place is not suited for you in all fairness, but if you're on a low budget or don't really mind the disadvantage I aforementioned and your stay is short, then I would recommend this place without a doubt.
