The Nest – Entire House
The Nest combines two beautifully designed units, Honeysuckle and The Hive, giving you 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and plenty of space to relax or gather. Keep in mind it is 2 separate units so to get from one unit to the other you will need to go through the front doors of each unit.
UNIT A – “Honeysuckle”
- Cozy living room with Roku TV, board games & workspace
- Fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances + washer/dryer
- 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, Twin + airbed), 2 full baths
- Towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash included
UNIT B – “The Hive”
- Comfy living area with Roku TV & desk
- 2 bedrooms (King & Queen)
- Full kitchen with everything you need + washer/dryer
Full bathroom with essentials provided
Extras:
- Memory foam beds
- Pack ’n Play available
The backyard is presently not landscaped
*Parking is public parking on the street. Typically during the day you should be able to park 2 cars directly in front of the house but at night it does get busy. We have a cone in place to save the 2 spots but its not guaranteed. If parking in not available right in front of house, you may need to park in a little ways down the street.

Other things to note
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. Damage waiver purchases are optional. The optional damage waiver is $39 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account — it’s a safe and secure website.
