Welcome to the Urban Cowboy! This recently renovated home provides a stylish and comfortable experience all guests are sure to enjoy! The home boasts 5 spacious bedrooms, hot-tub, barbeque grill, arcade games, jukebox, and many other extras, that is sure to make sure all guests have an experience staying here! The home is located in the beautiful Glen Iris neighborhood, minutes from downtown, the airport, restaurants/bars, I-20, I-65, and centrally located to satisfy every guests needs!
Our guests have access to the entire property! That includes the house, front yard, back yard, and parking area!
We are here to make all guests feel at home! They can access us via message in the Airbnb App, or call/text us directly!
-No Smoking allowed!
-Quiet hours after 9 pm--strictly enforced
-2 Pets Maximum- Dogs or Cats less than 60 LBS
-No Pets allowed on the furniture (for cleaning purposes)
-Clean pet waste (in a bag) and place in the garbage can
-Hot Tub needs to be kept covered at all times when not in use. It also needs to be turned off when not in use.
****NO PARTIES ALLOWED*** $1000 fine plus damages for breaking this rule
