This beautiful and spacious downtown retreat boasts 7 bedrooms, its own podcast studio and boardroom! It has a large fenced in backyard that includes a hot tub, sauna, firepit, lounge chairs, and hammock. If that is not enough the basement is loaded with arcade games, a poker table, board games, and dance floor with disco balls and strobe lights. Located downtown, this centrally located home rests 5-10 minutes Birmingham`s downtown entertainment areas, interstates, and airport!

-Quiet hours after 9 pm--strictly enforced
-2 Pets Maximum- Dogs or Cats less than 60 LBS
-No Pets allowed on the furniture (for cleaning purposes)
-Clean pet waste (in a bag) and place in the garbage can
-Hot tub needs to be turned off and kept covered at all times when not in use.
****NO PARTIES ALLOWED*** $1000 fine plus damages for breaking this rule
