The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee machine and dishwasher, and you’ll also find all the essentials for personal care, as well as a washing machine and much more. The rooftop terrace is truly a hidden gem. It’s completely private, making it the perfect place to relax in the sun during the day or enjoy dinner in the evening. The Old Town is just a few minutes’ walk away, where you’ll find a huge variety of restaurants for every taste and budget. I also highly recommend taking the ferry to the beautiful sandy beach on the barrier island facing the Atlantic Ocean. The last ferry back departs at 7:40 p.m., but if you miss it, there’s no need to worry—there is also a bus service. I left with a very positive impression of both Faro and the apartment, and we would love to come back again.

It’s hard to think of anything negative. Perhaps the only thing worth mentioning is the staircase at the entrance to the apartment. However, even this has been taken into consideration—the hosts have installed a safety gate, which is very helpful if you’re travelling with small children.

An exceptionally spacious and thoughtfully equipped apartment, with great attention to detail. Our daughter especially loved the children’s play kitchen and selection of books, which made the stay even more enjoyable for our family. The large Smart TV was perfect for watching football, and the two air conditioners, together with an air dryer, kept the apartment pleasantly cool and fresh during the hot summer days. We felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The apartment is managed professionally while maintaining a warm, personal touch that made us feel right at home.

The only minor drawback was that the apartment could only be naturally ventilated from one side (through the main door and window). To keep the air circulating during our stay, we left the air conditioners and the dehumidifier running while we were inside, which solved the issue.
