Beach villa situated in Praia de Faro, in the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve. Single family house, with three bedrooms (two with double bed and one with a bunk bed) and two bathrooms, one with ceramic radiator heating. Master bedrooms (2) with air conditioning, the other with electric radiator. Living room with fireplace and air conditioning. Rooftop balcony with magnificent sea view, dining table for 10 people and relaxation area. Ideal for families who enjoy the beach, hiking, biking (2 bikes included) and Ria Formosa tours and canoe with capacity for 3 people (equipment included in the house). Barbecue area available. 4K TV with Netflix.

We so enjoyed our stay in this lovely house by the sea! The heat kept us warm on the cool December nights. The roof top terrace gave us a place to sun and enjoy magnificent sunsets. There were books in the house to enjoy. There were two nice places within several blocks each way to have breakfast and lunch! Could not asked for a better host, very responsive to our needs. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer!

The description of the property and its location to the beach was perfect. I really thought there would be one or two properties scattered on the sand dune. I was surprised to find the area very built up and busy. Unfortunately, or holiday dates coincided with a yearly motorbike rally. Some of the bikers were very noisy, making their engines screech, loud music. The bikes parked everywhere, even along the wall to the property, it was almost impossible to walk up the road to the shop and ferry because of all the parked cars and bikes. We had 2 days at the end of the holiday when things calmed down. This was definitely not the relaxing holiday myself and my niece anticipated.
