Tudo ótimo! Supermercado perto, restaurantes, a orla de COMO, a vista da janela e o apartamento uma gracinha!
Que não tem elevador. Para subir com mala foi um pouco ruim. Por ser um prédio antigo. Mas dentro do apartamento é excelente. Menos uma coisa que precisam arrumar, a descarga do banheiro não tem força suficiente para descer o número 2....e o piso do box tem que tomar cuidado para não escorregar. Não é reto e dentro da banheira pequena. Enfim!

Good location. Had a washer, nice kitchen. Had ceiling fan.
The toilet didn’t flush well, the shower curtain was moldy. No available clean towels for second day. No one available to communicate with, sent two messages to management during our stay with no response. No air conditioning, no pillow cases on extra pillows.

Great location, easy to access the pier and train station like 15min walk.
Mall next to the apartment and restaurant as well.
Staying in Como was the perfect area to make it easy to travel by ferry to other places.
Cleanliness. Was disappointed when I checked in and next to the toilet found some hairs on the wall. Immediately reported and staff replied and tried to sort out the situation. But overall this should not happen since was very obvious. Also shower curtain needs replacement its accumulating mold. The fact there’s no elevator should be mentioned since it’s a second floor and few stairs to climb with bags can be tricky.
