Sensible au bruit, j’ai été dérangé par le bruit de la route avec une circulation dense (normal dans les grandes villes) et des voisins la nuit, mais cela n’a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour.

The apartment is clean, with nice view windows from the rooms. There are shutters, doors, curtains and drapes. The balcony is nice to sit on if there is a breeze.

1. There are major issues in getting into and out of this property! Starting from when you arrive by car. You need a remote control to open the parking gate. The remote control is in the apartment! There is nowhere to park while you go to get it! After having been through this painful experience after a long drive, our suggestion is as follows: That after you pass by gate number ‘23- 25’ on your left, turn into the next gate along - number ‘25’. The ‘walk in only’ gate is further along at number ‘27.’ You have to get the numbers right immediately as you cannot turn around. So pull off the avenue and into the driveway entrance at gate number ‘25’ and wait in your car there until a car with a remote to open the gate comes along. It’s always busy. Then quickly drive into the car park and straight ahead, to space number ‘95.’ As the remote must remain in the apartment when you leave, do this in reverse as you leave. Walking through gate 17 was a problem as our remote did not work at that gate. Getting into building 12 was a problem, as calling the name Mandran and pressing the Appel button only sometimes (once) worked. So we mostly had to follow people in at these points also. Not good! 2..The property faces into the afternoon sun, so unless the shutters, doors, and drapes are pulled it is going to be very hot in summer in the apartment in the late afternoon. There is a fan in the bedroom, and lounge room so the evenings can be cooler. But if you leave the doors open it is very noisy throughout the night. 3. The plug to the bath tub does not hold the water, is hard to remove, and appears to be broken. 4. There were 4 coffee pods only, for two people for two nights. And no sugar 5. Last but not least; a request for an hour’s extension to our leave time was met with a request for payment of an extra €20. When we didn’t take that up, we received messages reminding us to leave punctuality at 10 am. We found that both unaccommodating and discourteous.
