La facilidad para llegar a las zonas turísticas y el precio.
El piso es muy ruidoso. Está situado en una calle con mucho tráfico y con numerosos negocios que permanecen abiertos hasta altas horas de la noche y abren de nuevo muy temprano por la mañana. El piso apenas está aislado y, en consecuencia, desde el salón se oye todo. Esto es especialmente incómodo para las personas que ocupan los sofás cama.
Además, los sofás cama son bastante incómodos por el tipo de colchón que tienen, muy delgado.

Location and clean
A bit cramped for 4 people as there is not much space left to open the luggages once the sofa bed is opened. there could be more serving plates and bowls etc and broom for sweeping the floor
