The property was really clean and ideally located for the purpose of our trip
It was hard to find with no signage on the outside! We had to message for help as had no local knowledge of the area. It would be helpful to mention it’s literally the doorway between McDonalds & Waitrose as it would be easily found then.

Very lovely studio flat in a nice location. Was clean and very spacious with all basic facilities we needed. Staff were friendly.
Check- in experience was very brief. Could’ve been slightly longer and suggested who best to contact for any additional requirements. However, it was friendly and efficient which we liked.

Location was good, was clean and tidy. Had great welcome from Shalick who showed me into the property. He was very friendly and welcoming!

The apartment was gorgeous and spacious, very clean.
Very central to Edgeware station, hyde park and Oxford street
Right beside Waitrose and McDonald’s
One of the beds creaked everytime you moved
Pillows flat as a pancake
No signage at door so was very confusing to find and initially thought we had been scammed
Street didn’t feel very safe, a lot of groups hanging around
Took over an hour and a half for a staff member to meet us with the keys despite 24 hours notice and continuous contact about our arrival time, we were left outside in 36 degree heat with bags
