Great apartment in a wonderful place. The apartment is ridiculously well-equipped, it has literally everything from all kinds of kitchen appliances to spare batteries and light bulbs.
The host goes out of his way to be nice, friendly, and hospitable. He is very responsive and ready to attend to every single need. Top host, 11/10 rating, would trust him again.
The location of Plakoti Village is nice - calm, peaceful, friendly, nice views with even some light walks available around the area.
Jacuzzi, terrace, and the overall vibe of the neighbourhood add to the experience. I totally recommend this apartment!
The interior of the apartment is not 200 square meters as the listing states - the figure probably includes the vast outside terraces and patio. Also, the tourist tax was charged on top of the booking reservation, which stated we paid the full cost of the apartment (please look up "Greece’s climate crisis resilience fee).
The pros greatly outweighed the cons listed above, so don't worry - we highly recommend this accommodation on Crete, regardless of whether you want to explore the island or chill out in your back yard. :)
