The armchair bed is very uncomfortable. I recommend buying a mattress for it.

Beautifully styled, with a lot of attention to tiny details - from 2 umbrellas at the entrance (which I forgot to take and got soaked :D) to apples and candies left for guests to enjoy, to impeccably clean yet not scented towels - all was perfect for me. If only all hosts would be that thoughtful and welcoming.
Nothing really. Outside and the staircase are not very inspiring, but the apartment itself is excellent. No problem at all.
