Приятные люди, всегда были на связи. Для нас было удобно проживать. Рядом есть магазин, тихий двор, места для 4 человек было достаточно. Незначительные минусы это немного проблемный кран на кухне, и чуть "уставшая" ванна. Но на 2 ночи нам было не так важно. Если поедем ещё раз, то с удовольствием остановимся

Отличная светлая квартира, оборудованная всем необходимым. В этой квартире чувствуешь домашний уют и время проходит незаметно. Хозяйка квартиры нас встретила лично, передала ключи, все показала и рассказала, также нам любезно была предоставлена информация о интересующих нас местах в Риге. Вернемся еще.
Подъезд в доме требует косметическоого ремонта, но это проблема всех таких домов.

Чистая ухоженная квартира, удобные кровати, достаточно места для семьи из 4 человек.
Сам дом - старая панелька, подъезд в которой давно не реставрировали. Но это везде так в этом районе. От хозяина тут ничего не зависит.
