Viskas puiku ir patogu. Vienas geriausių variantų kuriuose esu buvęs. Be priekaištų. Įėjimas į laiptinę nėra nuo gatvės, jis pasislėpęs giliau. Todėl pirmą kart važiuojant ratu apie namą jo nesimato. Yra požeminis parkingas. Nurodymai kaip patekti į būtą aiškūs ir tikslūs.
Nėra prie ko prikibti, butas turi nuo kavos pusryčiams iki kondicionieriaus karštai dienai.

Butas geras. Gerai įtengta virtuvė, patogi lova, didelis balkonas. Viskas, ko galėtų prireikti, buvo, įskaitant kavą ir arbatą. Didelis privalumas požėminis parkingas. Name yra liftas. Gerai pateikta informacija, kaip patekti į butą
