Korter asub vaikses kohas, parkimine on maja juures tasuta. Korter ise on väga armas ja hubane, puhas ja ilus. Köögis on olemas vajalikud köögiriistad ja nõud.
Voodi on 120 cm, peab arvestama, et suhteliselt kitsas onnkahekesi magada ka peenikestel inimestel. Voodi vedrustus on ebamugav. Köögist puudus elementaarne sool ja õli ning nõudepesuvahend.

Pięknie i nowocześnie urządzone mieszkanie. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Dobra lokalizacja, jako miejsce wypadowe na wycieczki po Suwalszczyźnie. W czasie naszego pobytu nie było w ogóle problemów z parkowaniem przed blokiem. W łazience jest pralka, suszarka do włosów. Brak natomiast jakiejkolwiek półki pod prysznicem. Łóżko w części sypialnianej ma baaardzo miękki materac, ale dla zwolenników twardszych, jest możliwość wykorzystania sofy rozkładanej w salonie.
Brak półki pod prysznicem, za miękki materac, brak jakiegokolwiek ekspresu do kawy i moskitier w oknach. Nie było soli, musieliśmy kupić.
