If you are a family or small group looking for an ideal base for exploring the island and its beaches, the holiday home Ca Na Neus Pollença is certainly a good choice with its attractive price-performance ratio.
The outdoor area of the beautiful natural stone house is very well maintained, while a garden with Mediterranean plants and a lovely lawn surrounds the house. The spacious covered terrace next to the house is a cosy place in the shade and is equipped with a dining area and a cosy little lounge. Directly in front of it, a spacious sun terrace and a wonderful, shallow pool with Jacuzzi function invite you to sunbathe. The holiday home also has an outdoor shower, a brick barbecue and a table tennis table.
The interior of the ground-floor holiday home welcomes guests with a friendly, open-plan living area, in which a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and the cosy living room merge into one another. The sloping roof with exposed wooden beams and a pleasant country-style décor create a cosy atmosphere. The two comfortable sleeping areas are equipped with air conditioning and can be conveniently darkened with shutters. In addition, both bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom.
The finca is situated in a rural location, not far from the S'Albufera nature reserve in the north-east of Mallorca. The beach of the bay of Pollença is 8 minutes away; the 7 km long sandy beach at Alcúdia is only 20 minutes away. Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés can be found in Pollença, 6 km away, as well as in the beautiful harbour of Puerto de Alcúdia, just 10 km from your holiday home.
