Experience the perfect holiday in a beautifully furnished villa in Mallorca, ideally located close to stunning beaches and excellent local amenities. The exceptional circular pool, surrounded by a spacious sun terrace and lush sunbathing lawn, invites you to relax and sunbathe. Right next to the pool area, a solid wooden table under the covered terrace comfortably seats up to six guests.
Inside, the finca impresses with its bright and tasteful ambience. From the terrace, you enter the inviting living/dining room with an open fireplace, which provides cosy warmth on cooler evenings. On this level there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen.
On the upper floor you will find another bedroom with its own bathroom and a cosy sitting area leading onto a balcony. Enjoy the charm of typical Mallorcan bathrooms, which offer plenty of space for all guests.
This spacious villa is located in the south-east of Mallorca, just 3 km from the beautiful fishing village of Portocolom. It is a great place to stroll in the evening, past the bars and restaurants that line the beautiful beach promenade. You will also find well-stocked supermarkets for your daily needs. The nearest beaches are only 4 to 5 kilometres away.
Please note: The quarry nearby may still be in operation, but rest assured that the work is only carried out outside the holiday season and when the villa is unoccupied.
