The 1,700-hectare S'Albufera Nature Park is located right next to the villa and is the largest wetland area in the Balearic Islands. It is home to 200 species of birds and turtles. The number one visitor attraction is, of course, the fantastic beaches: Son Baulo, the bay of Alcúdia, Can Picafort and Son Real can be reached by car in just a few minutes and offer bathing fun for the whole family.
