The finca "Comuna de Can Rius" is a charming holiday home on the outskirts of the village of Muro in the north of Mallorca. It serves as an excellent base for exploring the island and at the same time offers a relaxing environment.
The property has various terrace areas and a balcony, which is furnished with a large dining table and comfortable sun loungers so that guests can enjoy both sunny and shaded areas. The finca has a pool that benefits from a south-facing orientation, making it ideal for sunbathing. An outdoor kitchen is available for those who wish to prepare meals that can be enjoyed together under the stars. The extensive grounds are adorned with numerous trees, perfect for leisurely strolls. Conveniently, guests can park their hire cars on the street in front of the house.
The interior of the house boasts a classic layout, which is enhanced by traditional Mallorcan furniture and modern amenities, creating a welcoming atmosphere. On the ground floor there is an open-plan entrance area, a living and dining room and a bedroom with a bathroom. On the upper floor there are further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring privacy for all guests. Overall, the finca offers a blend of comfort, style and authenticity, making it the ideal choice for a holiday in Mallorca.
The finca "Comuna de Can Rius" is located on the outskirts of Muro in a south-facing position. The road, which leads to the 11.4 km long bay of Alcúdia, can be heard depending on the wind direction. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance.
Electricity for heating is charged on site, in cash during the winter months.
