This charming village house with a unique view is located in the village of Muro. It is surrounded by a beautiful plot of 1,000 m² in a dream location, not far from long beaches and the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The house has a living area of approximately 400 m², is distributed over 2 floors and is prepared for 8 people. Upon entering, you access an impressive reception hall and from there to the other rooms. All of them are furnished with high-quality antique furniture in Majorcan style. In the cosy living room you will find cable/satellite television and a DVD player. On the ground floor there is also 1 of the 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The traditional Majorcan kitchen offers you all the necessary comfort; it also has a dishwasher and washing machine. From here you also have access to the patio with a wonderful view of the rural surroundings of Mallorca.



On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of them en suite. All bathrooms are equipped with freestanding bathtubs.



The highlight is the large conservatory. Here life unfolds, you can eat, cook and relax with views of the pool. The pool is 4x8 metres, here there are also plenty of opportunities to lie comfortably and make your stay unforgettable moments.



The outdoor area is designed with great care and always offers you something new to discover. There are many seating options, 1 fountain, many plants and Mediterranean cacti and at the outdoor barbecue you can prepare fresh products bought at the market into a delicious Mediterranean meal and even season it with the herbs planted in front of the barbecue. For sporting activities, there is a table tennis table at your disposal. An ideal holiday home to spend your holidays with family and friends.
