About this house rental
Welcome to our traditional Mallorcan house with tourist license ETV/8521. Located in Muro, a charming village in the northeast of Mallorca, our property is the perfect retreat for those seeking the peace of an authentic local setting without giving up modern comforts.
Just 13 minutes by car from the award-winning beaches of Playa de Muro and Can Picafort, and close to the historic towns of Alcúdia and Pollença, our home offers the best of both worlds: the tranquility of a village and easy access to the island’s main points of interest.
Our 300 m² house, fully renovated in 2019, preserves the character of traditional Mallorcan fincas while integrating technology and maximum comfort.

* Sleeps up to 8 guests: 4 spacious bedrooms with memory-foam mattresses (3 with en-suite bathrooms).
* Shared spaces: Large living room with fireplace and Smart TV, plus a fully equipped dining area.
* Kitchen: Fully equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, air fryer, and espresso machine, while keeping the cozy touch of its original fireplace.
* Year-round climate control: Air conditioning and radiator heating in every room for perfect comfort in any season.
* Connectivity & remote work: High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Outdoors: Your Private Oasis
The heart of the home is its Mediterranean courtyard with total privacy, an intimate space designed for the enjoyment of the whole family:
* Heated pool: Measuring 3.5 x 2 meters, it’s ideal for cooling off under the sun. Thanks to our eco-friendly aerothermal system, you can enjoy a swim in any season.
* Family safety: Designed with little ones in mind, the pool has a maximum depth of 1 meter. We also offer the “Baby Segur” fence system to fully restrict access, allowing parents to relax while children play in the patio.
* Sun deck & barbecue: Sun loungers for tanning and an outdoor BBQ for unforgettable al fresco dinners.

We know that when children are happy, parents can truly rest. That’s why we have a dedicated games room, designed to encourage creativity and fun in a safe environment.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, sie ist sehr groß und man hat jede Menge Platz. Sie hat einen tollen Pool, eine Waschmaschine und eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Was braucht man mehr für einen schönen Urlaub. Die Lage ist hervorragend, man kann von Muro aus jegliche Strände, Buchten, Palma oder sonstige Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Baltasar + Familie sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Ihr "Willkommenspaket" war der Hammer. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt! Der Kühlschrank war gut gefüllt, Brot, Getränke alles da für eine Erstversorgung. Allein dafür sollte es 5 Sterne geben.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Una casa con todo lo necesario para pasar unas agradables vacaciones, la limpieza fenomenal, buena situación para visitar la isla. Nos hemos sentido como en nuestra casa, los propietarios muy hospitalarios, si volvemos a Mallorca repetiremos.

La casa es maravillosa, tiene todas las comodidades, la verdad que estuvimos muy a gusto.
Baltasar y su mujer muy atentos y detallistas con nosotros, muy buenas personas. Recomendable 100%.

Wir waren positiv überwältigt bei Ankunft und Betreten des Hauses. Baltasar, Carmen und Guillermo haben uns sehr nett empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt und erklärt. Da wir an einem Sonntag anreisten, war mit einem gefüllten Kühlschrank vorgesorgt.
Wir hatten soviel Glück mit dem Haus, dem Innenhof, Pool!
Auch die einheimischen Nachbarn waren sehr nett.
Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit melden - wir wurden bestens betreut!
Wir können dieses Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen!!!
