The Ca Na Pepa farmhouse is an exceptionally well-kept and versatile property with a beautiful garden. Green lawns, palm trees and other Mediterranean vegetation characterise the outdoor area, which offers plenty of variety for young and old. The spacious terraces offer wonderful sunbathing and seating areas.
Here you can enjoy your holiday under one roof or directly under the Mallorcan sky. Paths, hedges, walls and huge flower pots decoratively break up the grounds. From the raised outdoor seating area you have a great view of the garden and the pool. You can also supervise the children while they splash around in the salt-purified water. Playground equipment and a table tennis table provide additional fun. A barbecue and an outdoor kitchen allow you to dine al fresco in the warmer months of the year.
Inside, the large living and dining room with wood-burning stove and TV offers plenty of cosiness, with comfortable furniture, terracotta tiles, natural stone elements and Mallorcan accessories. Another dining area is conveniently located next to the fully equipped kitchen. For restful holiday nights, the Mallorca farmhouse Ca Na Pepa offers four comfortable double bedrooms. Two en suite bathrooms and a WC round off the living comfort in this family-friendly domicile.
The Ca Na Pepa farmhouse is located around 3 km south-west of the coastal town of Can Picafort. The long bay of Alcúdia, the Tramuntana mountains and inviting villages are within easy reach of this holiday home on Mallorca. In addition, popular cycle paths run close to the farmhouse.
