Everything! Large, convenient location near the beach, great views. Lovely garden.

Large spaces and room to move. Easy access to local beach areas such as Christies Beach and Port Noarlunga.

The house is very clearly a new set up. We needed oven trays night one, couldn't find any. None in the house. Minimal pans and pots. No jug for measuring for recipes. We needed Salt and Pepper and there was nothing. No little packets or sachets or house pantry items. We've stayed in 3 Air Bnbs since January and this was very bare. No mini milks. It had a coffee machine and some coffee that was great. Couldn't find the outside back light. The key box was upside down and took me forever to open. I couldn't open the front door for a good 15 minutes and the garages are Rusted shut. All the Gates are locked (no keys present) so fire hazard means no escape bar front door. No face clothes in any room which is so needed for showers and bathing etc, and one hand towel in the whole house. Had upstairs and downstairs toilet and sinks so expect a hand towel. The couches had no throws or Comfy blankets we ended up taking throws from all the beds for a cosy evening on the couch. Tissue boxes were left but we stayed two nights and they were empty by first morning and no supplies anywhere. No games or books for kids to play with. Everything was clearly new so its apparent its a new set up, it still needs those cozy touches that make it feel like a home away from home which is what Air BnBs usually are. This felt basic and a bit like a youth hostel feel with zero supplies to atleast see you through with basic needs. The house is lovely it just needs some gentle touches to make it worth staying especially for kids and families and the bare basics.
