A fabulous beachside property on the esplanade at Aldinga Beach, just 50 minutes south of Adelaide. Directly across from the beach with magnificent ocean views from both the downstairs and upstairs living areas, and of course, the upstairs balcony, taking in the beach from Port Willunga down to Sellicks Hill Range rolling down to the ocean.

This luxury beach holiday escape in the beautiful McLaren Vale wine region allows for a holiday where you, your friends, family and/or furry friends, can do as little or as much as you like. With all the usual beach attractions and activities, including snorkelling and diving the Star of Greece wreck at Port Willunga and only 1km from the popular Aldinga Drive on Beach and 15 minutes from McLaren Vale and an estimated 74 cellar doors and 59 restaurants, quite a number of which are pet-friendly.

The coastal park bike/walking trial runs just across the road and for those interested in bushwalking the property is only an 8-minute drive or a 7-minute ride to the Aldinga Scrub.

The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ on the balcony and is only a 3-minute drive to the local shopping centre and supermarkets, or for the “foodies”, is only a 13-minute drive from Willunga and the Saturday Morning Willunga Farmer’s Market. But, if you’re looking to just relax, a 1-minute walk or 10-second drive will get you to the local Wine & Coffee bar, Indian Restaurant and local Restaurant and Bar, all located across from the beach and offering the option of sitting outside with your furry friends. Or for that special lunch/dinner, the world-famous Star of Greece restaurant is only a 5-minute drive or 10-minute bike ride away.

The property is two storeys with both levels having living rooms with comfy couches, 55inch H.D. T.V.’s and Netflix and a blue-ray DVD player in the downstairs living area. The downstairs living area has large picture windows offering fantastic ocean views and can make for an excellent space if there are kids with some adults wanting some quiet time to relax upstairs.

The whole of the upstairs living area, the kitchen, the dining, the lounge and out onto the balcony all offer a magnificent ocean view. Bright and sparkling blue, on a sunny day and watching the sun disappear into the ocean of an evening, through to watching dark clouds and storms roll in. With the views from the dining room table or the lounge or from chilling on the outdoor lounge, the upstairs makes for the perfect chill-out or entertainment space.

The property also has free high-speed NBN Wifi with unlimited downloads. It also has a double lock-up garage with remote access, accessible from the rear of the property via Whinnerah Ave.

Being Pet friendly, your pets are welcome inside and out with a secure backyard, bowls for your furry friend, a couple of pet trampoline beds in the garage and a scratching pole and litter box, kept under the stairs, if your pet is feline. Like all Petlet properties, cleanliness is very important and the cleaners take extra care to ensure that the property does not look or smell pet friendly.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply to $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

The house at Aldinga Beach is perfect for a big group - in this case, for family. The layout provides a master king bedroom upstairs, with walkthrough bathroom, kitchen, dining, lounge & balcony with bbq. The open plan layout is spacious & bright. The downstairs provides 3 bedrooms (2 doubles (one with bunk) and twin-share single) as well as second bathroom, and lounge. There’s also a laundry & additional toilet (so no queues!) The small enclosed yard provides safe space for dogs who are welcomed at this property, & the secure double garage for car storage was appreciated.All the necessary things for a comfortable stay were provided, including some boardgames that we had great fun with in the evenings over some local food & wines.The size & layout provides comfortable space for everyone, & we had a fabulous time!

Beautiful house, very clean and with everything that you need. Great location for easy walks to restaurants and a wander along the beach. Big enough for the whole family and even the four legged variety. Great sunsets from the balcony ... we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We had a delightful couple of nights at the apartment. It was sparkling clean, roomy and very comfortable. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunset, and early morning walks were highlights. The dog had a great time too! Communication with the manager was excellent. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.
