The location was fantastic for our needs. It was a quick walk to the beach for our family wedding. We all had a great time

It was lacking a bit in the cleaning dept. There was an oily mark on the downstairs floor that took a bit of elbow grease to remove and the tv upstairs has a lot of finger marks on it. There is a mosquito problem in the downstairs bedrooms. There was also a baby brown snake sighted near the pizza oven outside that slithered away.

Location was great, walking distance to the beach.

There was only one bath towel per guest to use for an eight night stay. Perhaps the availability on another set to use whilst the others were drying, which was difficult due to the weather. There was insufficient soap supplied only 2 or 3 small cakes and shampoos for 10 people staying 8 nights. The bathroom on the lower floor is very small. The shower does not comply with safety standards as the door only opens inwards, should someone fall then they would not be able to get out. The shower on the lower floor was also impossible to adjust without being in it. The sink in the lower kitchen was slow to drain and would gurgle and water also came through the concrete outside. We reported the issue to Century 21 Rain also came in the closed window in the double bedroom upstairs when heavy. Not many pots or pans available for those doing self catering. Downstairs only had a cooktop and microwave no washing machine and small bar fridge. Oven located upstairs along with washing machine no clothes dryer. Access to upstairs was only available by using outside stairs.

• Outdoor area was large, and great facilities ie pizza oven, outdoor table + chairs etc, clean BBQ • Dishwashing liquids and other washing equipment was provided • Inside property was cleaned and tidy on arrival

• Property is overly priced, as the property is run down. The outside of the property had cob webs around and along the entertainment area and is not well maintained. • Upstairs balcony door is cracked/shattered causing a hazard. • Upstairs Bathroom Vanity is damaged and being held on with sticky tape • Upstairs shower door opens inside the shower, making it uncomfortable to actually enter and leave the shower • Noise complaints where received before 10pm when restrictions are 12pm around Aldinga • Rubbish Bins were full upon arrival.
