We loved that processes was seamless. From the moment we checked in till we checked out. Owners actually did check in with us if everything was ok after staying for about a day and if we needed anything. Location was superb. A 24hrs cafe/coffeeshop is just across the street and 7-11 just located below. Walking distance to Pasar karat and shopping centres.

All basic amenities only, no coffee making, no parking, only 2 towels, bed sucks cannot sleep properly, uncomfortable dining chairs, no day curtains, no dressing table in the room, broken wardrobe door and drawer, very small ants at dining table, tv need to use paid channels only. For the room rate, add parking, better to pay another 20% to 30% more and stay at hotels around this property.
