High Floor Suasana Suites 5 in JB City with WiFi

The unit was clean. Located at level 20 facing the city. The unit was nicely decorated. They have all the basic utensils for cooking, washing machine, etc. The water pressures is good. Nice comfy bed. Nearby shopping mall. Near to cafes, restaurants. There is one name LEPAK just infront of Suasana. I recommend this place.

Always like Suasana for its location and fuss free collection of keys. Turns out to be our 2nd time in this unit. I like this unit because it uses the electronic key card instead of manual key. The unit is also on the higher floor and further away from the lift lobby. They have a nice tv box too with nice app, compared to some where they only have netflix and you have to enter your own account to use it.

There are no dislikes. There are some paint off the walls but that generally do not affect the overall staying experience. Raised an issue about the kitchen tap when we left. Hope they can fix it for future users.

Location was good. Very very spacious for 2 people. Simple checkin and checkout.

Toilet was dirty. Bidet spray beside the toilet was leaking, so toilet floor was wet when check in. Sink drain cover was stuck so water could not drain. Bed was too soft but this is personal preference. Overall place didn't feel very clean, possibly previous occupant left it that way.
