It’s in the middle of city center of Johor!! Abundance of food around you.
1. Ceiling fan is not sync to the speed.
2. Dishwasher tap was loose.
3. MBR shower head was loose.

Great location, value for money. Fairly equipped but items are a bit old. Better to have one of the rooms to have twin beds for versatility.
A bit noisy at night, Roof of master bedroom leaking. Lack of hooks in bathrooms for hanging clothes when showering. Only provide i set of keys.

Location was good. There are JBCC and City Square malls just across the road.
There is a bad sewer odour emitting from the common bath which lingers throughout the entire apartment. I had to close the door and not use it for the entire stay.
