The location to the city center is excellent and our hostess, Patricia, was wonderful. She was very helpful with answering questions about Oviedo and the surrounding areas. We really appreciated her attention to details and the apartment was very clean. The apartment is perfect for two people and in a very quiet building. It was great having a kitchen to prepare meals when needed. Supermarket is nearby for all your needs.
The only thing I suggest is to use non-scented laundry detergent for the bed linens.

La ubicación es perfecta. La anfitriona, Patricia, amabilísima. El apartamento está bastante cuidado
El apartamento es cucu pero quizá un poco pequeño. Con niños pequeños posiblemente no sea el más cómodo. Aún así, lo recomiendo al 100%

le logement est grand, correspond aux photos , bien situé près des commerces et restaurants, facile d'accès à pied mais impossible de se garer à proximité.
il y a un problème avec l'eau chaude qui ne coule pas régulièrement ( c'est chaud et ça refroidi et ça redevient chaud ...) c'est très désagreable. La literie très mauvaise, le lit est trop petit et trop mou, j'ai eu mal au dos tout le week-end. C'est dommage car l'hôte est très sympatique.
