L'aparcament està al mateix edifici, hi accedeixes directament amb l'ascensor. Pots fer els àpats al menjador o a la cuina. Els llits són prou còmodes. Hi ha un supermercat al costat. L'Alejandro ens va atendre molt bé abans i durant l'estada.
Allunyat del centre. Caldria posar algun ventilador o AC, amb el clima actual i el soroll del carrer i la llum que entra dormir amb les finestres obertes no és fàcil.

El alojamiento es perfecto! Todo super limpio y cuidado. Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas! Las toallas grandes y en buen estado! La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario. Que disponga de pàrquing es un valor añadido. La distancia al centro es de un paseíto de unos 20 minutos. El contacto con el anfitrión muy fluido, con facilidad para pactar hora de entrada y con un trato muy agradable recomendando los mejores lugares de las zona. Sin duda un lugar para repetir!
La zona de tendido de la ropa es pequeña para tender ropa de cuatro personas. Además al ser un espacio interior cuesta mucho que seque la ropa. Dado que el apartamento es muy amplio, la posibilidad de disponer de un tendedero plegable para poder tender cerca de una ventana abierta estaría súper bien.

Muy buena ubicación con respecto del centro de Oviedo. A unos 20 ó 25 minutos andando pero nada incómoda la caminata, como dar un paseo hasta el centro. Además en el barrio y muy próximo hay un Mercadona, una farmacia también cerca, un Domino's debajo del edificio y justo enfrente una cafetería/pastelería con unos pasteles y precios perfectos para un buen desayuno ó merienda
El parking. El garaje es muy estrecho y es necesario manejar bastante para poder aparcar y salir del aparcamiento
