El apartamento es fantástico, es muy amplio, cómodo y tenia todo lo que necesitabamos. Además de que la ubicación esta super bien, muy céntrico y tiene un supermercado al frente y restaurantes alrededor. Alejandro es muy atento también.

La zona nos gustó muchísimo, es una calle peatonal donde hay mucho comercio y enfrente hay una cafetería con una terraza excepcional con vistas a la montaña. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas , no falta detalle y Alejandro es muy amable , se comunicó con nosotros previamente al viaje, nos explicó todo y nos dio todo tipo de facilidades para nuestra estancia. Volveremos seguro cada vez que visitemos Oviedo ! Muchas gracias !!

Très bon accueil par le propriétaire, très aimable et serviable Communication facile. Parking en sous-sol très appréciable avec ascenseur. Appartement spacieux, très confortable et calme. Trois grandes pièces agréables. Quartier tranquille avec nombreux magasins, alimentation, boulangeries, bars etc. à environ 25 minutes à pied de la vieille ville.
Trop peu de vaisselle, cela oblige à mettre le lave-vaisselle à moitié plein et limite la possibilité de cuisiner.
