La zona nos gustó muchísimo, es una calle peatonal donde hay mucho comercio y enfrente hay una cafetería con una terraza excepcional con vistas a la montaña. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas , no falta detalle y Alejandro es muy amable , se comunicó con nosotros previamente al viaje, nos explicó todo y nos dio todo tipo de facilidades para nuestra estancia. Volveremos seguro cada vez que visitemos Oviedo ! Muchas gracias !!

Très bon accueil par le propriétaire, très aimable et serviable Communication facile. Parking en sous-sol très appréciable avec ascenseur. Appartement spacieux, très confortable et calme. Trois grandes pièces agréables.
Quartier tranquille avec nombreux magasins, alimentation, boulangeries, bars etc. à environ 25 minutes à pied de la vieille ville.
Trop peu de vaisselle, cela oblige à mettre le lave-vaisselle à moitié plein et limite la possibilité de cuisiner.

la ubicación bastante bien, hay de todo por la zona, supermercados, farmacia, bares, pasteleria. aunque nos ha pillado obras en el edificio y a las 9 de la mañana ya estaban dando golpes, pero claro eso no se puede evitar. por lo demás todo bien
la plaza de garaje es un poco estrecha y si llevas un coche grande es un poco complicado aparcar.

One bedroom apartment with comfortable queen size (North American sizing) bed, good wifi and pleasant living room .Kitchen well equipped Host was as promised waiting for us on planned arrival time. Located 20-25 minutes from cathedral walking and with easy access to various expressways. Street is noisy with people talking until 21h or so but quiet during the night (22h-8h) Good supermarket 20 meters away.Easy self-checkout.
The (free) garage is a tight fit for a medium sized Citroen but feasible in the end.
