If you can deal with the fact that you don't have your own bathroom, this accommodation is great. It is very clean, warm, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, there's TV with English content, free wi-fi, you get your own fridge... Everything is actually brand new (except the outside of the house which is still under renovation). There are three apartments sharing the kitchen and bathroom (there is one extra toilet, which is helpful). The parking is on the street in front of the house, at least at the moment we were there it was. The owner was also a great person to interact with. We would definitely use this accommodation again if in the region.

The only problem that you can face here are the noise levels (which depend a lot on the circumstances and personal sensitivity to noise). First, the house is right next to the main road so you can hear the cars pass. At night it's quiet but around 6 in the morning the traffic tends to pick up. Then, since the room opens towards the kitchen, you will hear the noise made by the people using it (we were lucky to have pretty quiet neighbours). Lastly, the fridge in the room tends to make noise occasionally. Generally it is silent but it needs to turn on at intervals to keep the food cold.
