Very friendly staff, I asked them for a quiet room before arriving and there weren’t much noise around.
No AC, it’s kind of normal in Europe but they had provided a fan (and it worked well)

Location was great, very easy access to town center. The beds were comfortable and there were lockers for each bed which was great. The staff also was great
The room had windows that did not close so in the night we woke up multiple times for various noises. No A/C but it was still okay to sleep.
