Merchants Yard

Kate kindly provided a pint of milk/teas/instant coffee/coffee machine/biscuits/sweets and a bottle of prosecci+noseccio. Very thoughtful, thanks! Close walk to train station/bus stop/great cafe 1min walk called Bruberrie... Good vegetarian options/poached eggs/cooked breakfast ect.. 😋

Nothing other than the volume control for TV very difficult to work. Slippy steep metal stairs to enter property.

Excellent location and so spacious for a group of 4. Fast and friendly communication from host and such a vast array of personal and thoughtful touches. It really felt like home when walking in. Whole place smells so fresh and clean ! Bedding and towels so soft and again smell lovely. Made a birthday treat in York very special for us. Thanks so much. Would wholeheartedly recommend and would stay here again.

Absolutely nothing negative to say.

Amazing flat. Incredibly comfy, clean and with everything you need. So many nice touches including lots of tea, coffee, biscuits, prosecco and milk in the fridge.

Lovely little apartment. Very comfortable and cozy. Walking distance to York centre. Perfect place for a short stay in York. Host is fantastic, really good communication. Easy check-in Coffee pods, milk, biscuits and a bottle of Prosecco all provided which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend.

Only issue is the stairs to the entrance are metal, quite steep. No problem for us but may be tricky for people with mobility issues.
