About this apartment rental
Our house is located in a quiet residential area. Simy’s lovely, cozy bar is located on the same street, just a short walk away.
In town itself, there is a general practitioner and a dentist, two auto repair shops, a bike shop, and a Raiffeisenbank ATM.
A gas station with a bakery is two kilometers away. In addition, for single-night stays, I offer a continental sweet breakfast for €8.00 per person upon request, and for longer stays, a bread roll delivery service upon request. I’m also happy to book a breakfast buffet (€15 per person) for you at the Hotel Moselsteig in the Monzel district (approx. 1 km away) upon request.
Studio with terrace:
The apartment has been partially renovated and stays pleasantly cool in the summer thanks to its hillside location!
The kitchen is very well-equipped, and in the summer you can barbecue on an electric grill.
Two kilometers away, there is a well-stocked gas station where you can buy delicious rolls and other items.
In addition, for single-night stays, I offer a continental sweet breakfast for €8.00 per person upon request, and for longer stays, a bread roll delivery service is available upon request.
On-site fees: Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Please let us know your approximate arrival time on the day of arrival. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for this well in advance of your arrival. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed, for a fee of €8.00 per pet per day. Additional pets upon request. Bread roll service upon request / “sweet” breakfast for a single overnight stay: €8.00 per person / Breakfast buffet available upon request at the neighboring hotel: 15.00 EUR per person. The visitor’s tax of 1.50€ per person per night will be charged additionally on site.
