On-site fees: A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before arrival. You will receive payment instructions from the host. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Alternative check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements if necessary. Keys are provided via a door lock. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of €10.00 per pet per night.The tourist tax of €1.70 per person per day for guests 18 years of age and older will be charged on site. Additional fees: €8.00 per day for parking
