2 bedroom family home built in 1942 recently renovated. 1 block back from many of Warrnambools amazing beaches, walking distance to the CBD, with a large backyard and open plan kitchen makes it perfect for summer family getaways.

Nicely renovated property with everything you need for a comfortable stay but finishings lack quality as multiple small breakdowns including main bedroom window crank broken; bathroom door falls off railing easily and no proper window coverings (blinds or curtains) or flyscreens. Kitchen well setup, smart tv, washing machine , bbq etc all appreciated. Beds slightly on the soft side but thats personal preference.
