This lovely 5 star rate 3 bedroom modern central townhouse will make for a relaxing unwinding getaway. With lovely outdoor decking area that gets north sunshine, a single lockup garage and walking distance to all Warrnambool has to offer. 100 m away is a supermarket, takeaway fish & chips, chicken grill, pizza, news agency, butcher, coffee shop which will make your break away easy. The townhouse contains sleeping for up to 8 with main bedroom containing queen bed, 2nd bedroom with double bed and 3rd has 2 single beds along with a sofa that folds out to another double bed in the lounge room. With central heating and cooling for warmer or cooler months.
