The first floor has wall to wall and floor to ceiling glass windows which showcase the magnificent views of Lady Bay. The First floor contains the kitchen and dining area. There is a sun room on this floor that is bathed in light and captures wonderful views of the Bay.
The First Floor Master Bedroom has a walk in robe- Semi En-suite and Private Terrace Off the Bedroom.
The is an office adjacent to the Master Bedroom that is ideal as a nursery for younger children with a Queen Sofa Bed.

Shops, banks, supermarkets are only minutes away. The Art Gallery and Light House Theatre are 4.5 Short blocks away.

The house can accommodate two families, with the lower floor being almost a separate apartment (no real kitchen). The beds are comfortable. Four boogie board and several beach towels were provided - this was a nice touch since we had none of these (coming from Europe). The location is optimal, being only a ten minute walk either to downtown Warrnambool or to the beach. Arriving at the beach, it is only another 10-15 minute walk to the patrolled beach area. The Warrnambool to Melbourne train line is just across the road, so one see’s the diesel trains now and then pass by (which was fun for the kids who were used to electric trains). The kitchen is well outfitted and the owners provide milk and bread upon our arrival. There is a capsule coffee machine (not nespresso) with refills available at aldi. We had a lovely week at the house and can recommend the house without reservation. Thanks to the owners.

It’s absolutely comfortable and easy access to the beach and the town center, with upstairs beautiful view, all of us enjoyed our stay.
