You are within a 5 minute walk to downtown Dearborn Street where you can enjoy coffee houses, restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and live entertainment. There is an amazing farmers market every Thursday during October through April and many festivals throughout the season. The beaches are a short 5 - 10 minute drive away, depending on which one you choose, there are 3 beaches in Englewood. You can also put your boat in and out of the water at Indian Mound Park which is a 2 minute drive (literally right around the corner) from the home and the property has plenty of space for boat trailer parking. Our property leads you out to Lemon Bay then a short boat ride to the beaches on the Gulf. West coast of Florida living at its best.
