-Sleeps 6, twin beds can be converted into King bed upon request by renter.
*There are no bridges to go under to access Lemon Bay out of the canal. 24' boat MAX for dockage space, please be aware our personal boat will be on the lift and is completely off limits for use and is not included in the rental. Owner may occassionally (once a week max) come to dock to use their boat, you will be notified ahead of time. They will do their best to not be intrusive or disturb you. If this is an issue please let us know or inquire. Security cameras exterior only for added safety and security of vehicles, trailers and boats.
