This enchanting newly remodeled and professionally decorated house in Englewood boasts 4 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, perfect for a group getaway. With 3 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a hair dryer, shower, and bathtub, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The cozy living space offers a full kitchen with all the amenities, AC, WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer for added convenience. Inground pool with heater and cooler under a lanai, patio sofa set, dining table, lounge chairs and grill with pool toys to enjoy the outdoors any time of the year. The home is beautiful and in a great area, close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood that’s a short bike ride to W, Dearborn Streets with the shops, Farmer’s Market, and restaurants in quaint downtown Englewood. The house was immaculately clean with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice linens, and plenty of space to spread out in the two separate living spaces or on the inviting lanai with the crystal clear pool. Amy and Jim were great communicators and quick to respond with any questions we had. We would absolutely rent this home again.

The house is amazing. It’s close to everything you need even the beach. Shannon the property manager is quite on answering any questions. I would recommend staying there
