About this house rental
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space 5 minutes from the beach and all that Englewood has to offer! This waterfront pool home comes with 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a spacious living room. There is also a dock, and the canal leads directly to the bay! Pool is heated for a fee, see below. Free extras include bikes, kayaks, and fishing poles.
Pool heater use is $20 per day or $100 per week. Please let us know before your stay if you plan on using it so we can be sure it is warm when you arrive.

Starter Kit for your arrival:
For the convenience of our guests, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, as well as some basic cleaning supplies, shampoo, and Q-tips. There is a propane tank with the grill that guests can use as an exchange when it is empty. We do not provide propane or any additional supplies during your stay. However, if there is anything reasonable that is not supplied, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.
We make the beds with only a fitted sheet and blankets with duvet covers as we have discovered that 99% of guests have slept on top of the flat sheets. This saves us time, water, and laundry detergent when washing everything. We do provide flat sheets, extra pillows, pillow cases, and blankets in the closets for guests that wish to use the items.
Please reach out to us immediately if there is any issue during your stay so we can do our best to resolve it promptly. We want all our guests to be happy and comfortable DURING their stay, and we want to EARN great reviews.

The house was perfect! Loved having the pool! Got to see a couple manatees in the canal! Englewood is a very walkable town and we loved the beaches!

My father-in-law, husband and I stayed at the property while in town for a funeral. The house was clean and comfortable. The tiles in the bathroom were a bit slippery when wet, which was especially a concern for my father-in-law, so moved the bathroom rug to be in front of the shower. -- an easy fix. My husband and I couldn't get the TV in the master bedroom to work, but that might have been a user error...the TV in the living room worked just fine. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. We did not pay for the pool to be heated and the water was cold, so that's something I would consider adding next time. We would stay here again!
