From the entrance, you are welcomed into the lounge-diner, featuring comfy seating and matching light oak furnishings, including a rectangular dining table and chairs. An attractive glass-shelved partition separates the lounge from the kitchen, where a large range of utensils and appliances ensures that home catering is simple and enjoyable. Tucked neatly at the back of the kitchen, a door leads to a private internal atrium with a table and chairs, perfect for cool breakfasts or warm evening dining. The apartment has two bedrooms: a master double room with a private shower room, and an adjoining twin bedroom with a shared bathroom featuring a bathtub and overhead shower.

At the front of the apartment is a cool and shady patio, furnished with a bistro table and chairs, ideal for enjoying a sundowner or two while overlooking the lush green gardens. The large swimming pool, complete with a kids' paddling pool, provides the perfect respite from the sun, where children can splash around all day while adults relax on one of the many sunbeds. This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is ground floor. There are steps within gardens to get to and from the main condo entrance. Parking is directly outside on the street, without a charge.
