Condomínio calmo e lindo, piscina sempre limpa, muito próximo ao centro de Tavira.

A limpeza não estava a 100% principalmente na cozinha.

It was in a quiet neighbourhood easily accessible by car (but the address didn’t seem to come up on Google maps or Bolt/Uber so we used no.25 as the address and then directed the taxi drivers a bit further). The interior was well decorated. The bed was really comfortable (firm mattress). The windows had shutters which were controlled from inside the property which nicely blocked out sunlight (please let people know in the welcome folder as we didn’t realise on the first night so woke with the sun!) The pool was nice but the weather was too cold for us to get much use. The balcony was nice with a lovely sea view. Well equipped with kitchen essentials, white goods, clothes horse for drying clothes, iron and ironing board. You’ll need your own cleaning stuff however. A/C and heating available. Small details like a basket for little bits and bobs in the bathroom, a welcome folder - all appreciated!

Minor things: -The TV was really difficult to use. Please update the instructions in the folder as we couldn’t figure it out easily. -A pizza pan for the oven would be useful for the kitchen. -The upstairs bathroom shower hose is leaky (I think it needs a new washer) but saying that, the bathrooms were clean and water pressure and hot water were great. -The pool doesn’t allow floaties -The late check in fee cost wasn’t advertised on booking.com (€50 for after 9pm, €75 after midnight) which may have made me rethink my non-refundable booking. -A safe would have been ideal for valuables.

Showers were great but needed wall holder for shower head.
