De locatie aan de rivier met uitzicht op de oude stad. De moderne en complete inrichting met veel licht binnen.
Het vinden van de toegangsdeur bleek in het donker niet eenvoudig.: een telefoontje naar de beheerders was nodig. Het slot van de buitendeur functioneert slecht. Soms kostte het bijna een minuut om de deur open te krijgen. De op zichzelf zeer fraaie badkamer heeft geen verwarming, dus je maakt het verblijf er niet langer dan nodig. Er is geen enkele geschreven handleiding voor de bediening van keukenapparatuur en airconditioning, cq verwarming. Het balkon aan de voorzijde is te klein om echt bruikbaar te zijn.
