VILLAPINARELLO invites you to discover the family villa LOUNICELI, a spacious property ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the beach of Pinarello, in Corsica. Nestled in a peaceful environment, it is a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and the Sainte-Lucie market of Porto-Vecchio.
Located in the heart of a quiet and green setting, this contemporary villa offers a privileged art of living between the sea and the maquis.
A short distance from the most beautiful beaches of Corsica, natural rivers and mountainous reliefs, villa LOUNICELI enjoys a very popular location, perfect for an unforgettable holiday.
**The accommodation**
Modern and new villa LOUNICELI in the center of Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio.

Designed with high-quality materials and clean lines, it combines modern design with absolute comfort.
The villa extends over approximately 100 m² and offers a beautiful bright living room, extended by large bay windows opening onto the terrace and the garden.
It has 3 spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with dressing room and private shower room.
Each space has been designed to offer light, fluidity and functionality.
**The Outdoors**
A real haven of peace: terrace, summer lounge and unobstructed views of Corsican nature.
Summer kitchen with large plancha.
Electric charging station available free of charge.
The enclosed grounds guarantee tranquility and privacy.

How to get there?
By plane from many cities in Europe:
Figari airport 40 minutes from the villa - Bastia 1h45
By ferry from the port of Porto Vecchio (15 minutes) or Bastia (2 hours)
Other remarks
**Formalities**
The mandatory final cleaning fee (200€) is to be paid on arrival.
The supply of household linen is provided by the concierge service at a rate of €25 per person.
It includes sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and dish towels. To be paid on site with the concierge service.
Our concierge service can offer many additional services, including: shopping via the Super U Drive of Saint Lucia, intermediate cleaning, change of sheets, supply of beach towels, babysitting service, home chef, etc.
