Overlooking a valley with a 180-degree panorama, you can enjoy the calm and the surrounding space 800 meters away on the heights of the traditional Aveyron village, Fondamente. The living space is organized around an American kitchen, dining area and various lounge areas in an arc on more than 200 square meters on the 1st level, accessible by elevator. The sleeping area is composed of 6 personalized rooms with all a bathroom or shower room and toilet. The beds are double or single according to your convenience and prepare for your arrival. All the comforts and activities on site: for cooking, a large American kitchen with bread oven, barbecue, American fridge and professional gas stove. For entertainment: the swimming pool is secure with a pool house and the relaxation area with adjoining Spa on the first floor, billiards and grand piano on the 1st level, atmospheric fireplace, table tennis and bowling alley, outdoor children's games. An elevator allows you to reach the 1st level, the main living space of the house. A covered and outdoor parking is provided to be able to access the house directly.
