Les Gites du Doul (sleeps 21): spacious, comfortable, surrounded by nature, wheelchair accessible, air-conditioned, in Occitanie

Halfway between Montpellier and Toulouse, spacious and comfortable set of 2 cottages + 1 annex on 1 ha of wooded land with river, portico and bowling alley = 3 living spaces, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 16 beds, 7wc. A 55 m2 room with fireplace, bar, darts, kitchen, sound system and video projector to meet and an adjoining games room with ping pong and table football, welcome in rainy weather.

Our site has been designed for family gatherings, everyone can keep their rhythm thanks to the layout of the premises on 250m2 in total:
-Gite upstairs: 2 bedrooms opening onto a passageway each with bathroom and separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen, living room with convertible that can be used as a 3rd bedroom. Not air-conditioned but insulated with straw and earth plaster, you can recover the coolness of the night and keep it during the day.
- gite on the first floor: accessibility for people with reduced mobility, air-conditioned, 1 bedroom with bathroom for people with reduced mobility, equipped kitchen, 140 cm bed in the alcove, living room, terrace of 50 m2
-in annex: an air-conditioned dormitory upstairs, composed of 3 custom-made bunk beds for adults, shower room, separate toilet... reading light, power outlet and storage basket for each bed. On the first floor, 2 independent bedrooms, with PMR standards, air-conditioned, with bathroom and WC
-55m2 room separated from the cottages and the annex: convivial space accessible to people with reduced mobility, modular layout, lounge area with sofas and fireplace, Bose speakers, video projector, equipped kitchen with bar, darts
-adjoining the room, a games room with Dutch billiards, ping pong table, Breton shuffleboard, table football, molki
- The capacity of the cottages is 21 people maximum. Beyond that, and for any project involving external people or service providers (foodtruck, caterer etc) it is imperative to see with the owner.
-outside: barbecue next to the palaver kiosk, bowling alley, hammocks, children's swing, small river
to see/do: lakes, footbridge and via ferrata in Hautpoul, golf, cycling on the green road, mountain biking or hiking on the many paths, tree climbing, canyoning, visits to Castres, Carcassonne, Albi, Toulouse
Everything is included: cleaning, electricity, sheets, towels can be rented (2€) You will only have to make your beds when you arrive and clean the common room when you leave.
