This single level, open concept, 4BR/4BA modern home features a private inground pool, 3 king master suites and a fun 6-bed bunk room (sleeps 12). 2 living spaces offer enough room for everybody to stretch out and relax. Huge, covered porches front & rear with outdoor seating have pool views and partial views of Port St. Joe Bay. Fast Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace in one bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and parking for 4 rounds out this perfect multi-family escape!
The location on the north Cape features beautiful, clear Gulf waters and a 3-min drive to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park - a perfect place for bike rides and nature walks. The beaches are rarely crowded and catching a sunset around a campfire from the beach is a guest favorite! Port St. Joe and Apalachicola are a short distance away and great for a night out for dinner or a day trip to explore the local shops.
