Welcome to S-Cape Realty, located in Sea Cliffs, a gated beachside community on the north end of Cape San Blas. This beautifully designed home is just 100 steps from the boardwalk leading to the sugar-white sands and clear Gulf waters of Florida’s Forgotten Coast — and only 25 steps from the community pool right outside the back door.
Outdoor Living & Ground Level
The ground floor features a screened-in carport with a casual dining area, microwave, and mini fridge — the perfect spot to relax while keeping an eye on kids at the pool. You’ll also find an outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach days and a gas grill for easy meals.
Entry Level Conveniences
Inside the front door, the entry level offers a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, utility sink, and an ice machine — ideal for filling coolers before heading to the beach. An elevator provides access to all levels of the home.
Sleeping Arrangements (All Bedrooms Have En-Suite Baths & Smart TVs)
Second Floor
• King suite with private screened balcony and views of the Gulf and pool
• Bunk room featuring a full-over-full bunk with a full-size trundle (sleeps 6)
Third Floor
• Second king suite with private screened balcony and Gulf views
• Queen bedroom with Gulf views from the window and a full bath with tub/shower
Main Living Level (Fourth Floor)
The top floor is designed for gathering, with an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area perfect for large families or two families traveling together.
• Fully equipped kitchen with seating for up to 14
• Stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockpot, microwave, and more
• Spacious living room with sleeper sectional, two recliners, large smart TV, and stunning Gulf views through oversized windows
Guest Starter Supplies
We provide a starter supply of:
• Dish and hand soap
• Dishwasher pods
• Garbage bags
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
Additional Details
• Parking: Limited to 3 vehicles in the carport. If parking three cars, the carport screen must be rolled up. Two vehicles fit comfortably without adjustment. Additional parking is available at the public beach. Roadside parking in Sea Cliffs is prohibited and subject to fines.
• Non-smoking property (additional cleaning fees will apply if violated)
• Dogs under 20 lbs allowed with prior approval and a $200 pet fee

Great place at the beach. Beautifully decorated and updated. The kitchen was well stocked. Had a great time. The owner was very responsive, had one small problem with the air and someone came out the next day (Sunday) to fix it! Will return!

Communication was very easy and helpful. Property grounds were well maintained and access was very convenient to the pool and the beach. It was perfect for our large family Labor Day trip!

This place was amazing and accommodated my family perfectly! Everything was super clean and updated, and decorated beautifully! Definitely 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting to stay on this beautiful beach!

Jessica is very responsive to emails and questions, however not very effective at fixing issues while you’re staying. When we first arrived, the listing says it’s the last unit closest to the beach. It’s not. It’s the second to last unit before you get to the beach. As for the home itself, it’s a nice unit with plenty of space. We loved our stay however there were two issues that we never could get fixed by the owner. When we got there the refrigerator was like warm. This was with nothing in it. We put 400 worth of groceries into the refrigerator thinking it will get cold once items are in. We gave it till the next mornings and everything was room temp. I contacted the owner to express that this needed to be fixed. Our stay was 7 days. It was never fixed throughout our entire stay. Needless to say we needed up throwing out close to $300 in groceries. Thank goodness we brought 5 large yeti style coolers with us because if we had not, the trip would have been over. The other issues is the internet goes out and shuts off every night at 12:18AM. It will not turn back on until
You go in the first bedroom on the third floor and reset the router and network. Overall we prolly won’t be staying back at this place unless these issues are resolved.
